  • I agree with what you say so much man, being a wrestler myself i know all about eating healthy and watching what you eat. I also probably have some bad habits such as running in bags and stuff. but you get the idea. On the off season when its time for me to get stronger and such, its always good to have a cheat meal once in a while, it helps boost your metabolism also and helps keep you sane. I'm glad you addressed this, and what you say about semi healthy foods is so true.
