I think I'd prefer cilantro and less firm tomatoes for cooking. They looked too firm after baking. Less ripened tomatoes=less flavor. Edamame?????? doesn't look at all like an Indian dish. I think some nice basmati rice seansoned with some indian spices with the added veggies would be better tasting.

I am an American who has actually traveled to India and the method in which the video poster prepared the dish was completely sanitary and had nothing to do with "delhi belly." The vegetarian Indian dishes that I have seen prepared are 10x's more sanitary than the conditions you will find in the average American fast food restaurant.

You get it from eating/drinking food or drink items that contain microorganisms that some people's immune system are not tolerant to and which irritate the digestive tract.
