  • She seems so sweet and kind! I really like this! I wonder (for the vegans out there) if you can substitute nutritional yeast instead of the cheese?

  • This dis seems PERFECT

    Fast

    easy

    &

    Delcious !

    Breakfast too? ... GENIUS !

  • looks great!! I have one question: how much do you have to add from all the ingredients?? I really like to make them!!

  • many thanxs my kids love it

  • Indian cheese has no rennet. Paneer... Look it up.

  • took geerrrr jubs.....

  • Merci beaucoup!

  • You Idiots, this is not a vegie dish, the chees has an enzyme called Rennet which is extracted from the intestines of cows, he he he , next time dont add normal chees pay a little more and get real vegie cheese

  • How can you be sure that she didn't use rennet free cheese?

A lot of hindis are really careful with that, you ignorant ass.

    :)

  • @vnck25 its still vegetarian, sweety, its just not vegan...Indians drink milk and eat normal cheese, they just don't do it often because they are a nation concerned with personal appearance, and its considered disgusting to be over weight.

  • Excellent video! sounds delicious I will try it! tnx for sharing, its hard to find yummy vegetarian meals

  • GOD I LOVE CHEESEBURGERS

  • lol im gonna start doing that to indian videos

  • @Mega3hing and bacon

  • how does she do the corn?

  • she just puts it in a pan (maybe with some oil) for a minute or two i think=)

  • good presentation great job

  • Hema loves her green chilis! :)

  • How many out of 10 would you give her?

    Id give her 1

  • she's a 10, matter of fact i'd 10 her all the way from here. :D yeh, that's right baby, forget the tomatoes, i want to stuff her.

  • Hi Hema,

It is so refreshing to see your colorful kitchen and see your expert hands at owrk. You inspire me to cook for my family! Thanks for sharing it with us. Would love to meet you sometime. You have a fantastic style. Waiting for more recipes!!!

  • LOVE YOUR SHOW

  • nicely done

  • good recipies

  • looks great! You're a sweetheart thanks for the video! :]

  • I think I'd prefer cilantro and less firm tomatoes for cooking. They looked too firm after baking. Less ripened tomatoes=less flavor. Edamame?????? doesn't look at all like an Indian dish. I think some nice basmati rice seansoned with some indian spices with the added veggies would be better tasting.

  • Thank you, I'm trying to go to a less meat diet and this is a good dish for me to add to my collections

  • It is a real simple and good dish.

It is important to use cheese (in good quantity) and important that you use an oven and keep these stiffed tomato for 20 min. add more chillies than she had shown.

She is using knfe a bit fast and holding in hand while cutting their tops.

be very careful to put them in a plate and try to take out their pulp.

She is also cutting lefy vegetable very fast.

    don't imitate her.

  • Hello.. thanks for sharing the recipe... I tried it today and we all just loved it... wanted to ask... can we use other vegetables also for filling... good luck & please keep posting new recipes....

  • I think i'm in love....

  • When you cook, you ALWAYS need to use both hands. I know of no chef anywhere, regardless of the culture, who does not use both hands to handle the food and dishes, and to harang this lady for doing so is just bullying. Wash your hands with hot soapy and water (duh!) And besides, that which does not kill us, makes us strong. I have guts of solid iron after 3 years in India. Leave her alone.

  • tried this recipe tonight and it was delicious!!

  • good site for recipes thebestdishes dot com

  • I'm desparately seeking how to stuffed tomatoes with cloves. Had this often in India but can't the way to make them. Thanks.

  • Good One!!!! My Mom Loves this!!!!

  • Looking very delicous! I think I'm gonna cook this tomorrow. Thanks!

  • Thank you for posting. This dish looks extremely tasty.

  • thanks for the easy n tasty recipe

  • What a nice, professional presentation of this recipe. I liked your substitutions like the basil for cilantro and edamame. I can't wait to try this dish! Thanks for posting it.

  • Thanks for defending me against "csnu5", he/she was reacting to my comments about handling food - VulcanMasala

  • Ok, we now know you're f'kd and an Indian hater, does it look like she wiped her ass you bastard of a bitch? Mmmm Big Mac with white shit on top. Fk'un asshole racist. I'll track you down - don't worry.

  • archarr...idiot ..IM INDIAN

  • then you are an idiot

  • of course you're an expert on idiotcy?

  • Gud work to sjow stuffed tomatoes...last i had something stuffed was...stuffed capscicum with more of samosa filling as usually in india. convey thanks to minakshi gokhley for the idea. dr swaran

  • This is why people get diarrohea. Their totally oblivious to the notion of AVOID HANDLING THE FOOD AND THE USE OF SPATULA TO TRANSFER FOODSTUFFS. Every ingrediant she handled was with her hands she complained how her hands were slippery...mine would be too if i used my dirty hands on every ingrediant. Some think nothing of using the hand that handles dirty coins to also use the same hand to prepare your food.YUCK!

  • What are you a freakin' doctor, she's just working with vegetables!

  • you really dont get it do you nor place any importance on correct food handling procedure shes working with food....enjoy having delhi belly next time u eat at ur local indian restaurant then and die of food poisoning then...

  • When working with clean hands and vegetables that have been pre-washed, there is nothing wrong with handling the food! I am an American who has actually traveled to India and the method in which the video poster prepared the dish was completely sanitary and had nothing to do with "delhi belly." The vegetarian Indian dishes that I have seen prepared are 10x's more sanitary than the conditions you will find in the average American fast food restaurant.

  • You idiot, you don't get "delhi belly" from simply touching vegetables you are cooking with! You get it from eating/drinking food or drink items that contain microorganisms that some people's immune system are not tolerant to and which irritate the digestive tract. In India, this particularly happens when people ingest food or beverage items containing non-purified water.

  • csnu5!! oye my baabay ji,used Spatula, her hands and she fed everyday an army of 15, and we were more healthy then, than now we use artificial spatulas.

Please let us have our food the way we are used since centuries. Thank you.

  • Looks great. I'll try this for a summer dish.
