  • *last classes of the old building

  • Thanks for making this video. CT c/o 04, one of the lady classes of the old building. So many memories

  • I first walked the halls of the Great Cass Technical High School as a Senior in 1981. Coming from the South I had taken College Prep Courses and was able to attend as a Senior based on my previous test scores, GPA, and my love of Architectural Drawing. Although I was there a short time, the memories, teachers, and the student body complimented my drive and future success. I will always be greatful and charish those found memories of walking those halls. Go Class of 1982!!!

  • RIP CASS TIZZLE. 03'

  • Thanks for capturing this. I am from the Class of 1981-so many good memories in the old building.

  • Sad to see the best high school ever disappear. It wasn't just a building - it was an integral part of our past and memories. At least we all have the memories. The new school could never compare! Carol Dixon Hale CT - 69

  • Time for change!! The old building was holding the back the students of the new building.

now we can have a dedicated area to park our cars

and even a place to hold all our sporting events

even additional space to construct more academic buildings, kind of like a mini college campus.

    CT -- VP C/o 2010

  • @Ant2Fresh Nice to hear from the VP of CT '10. I like the idea of using the new space to construct more academic buildings, but I'm not excited about parking or sporting events. Too bad the bldg. wasn't recycled; but I'd rather see it demolished than stand barren and violated. That old, ugly building held our secrets, hopes and dreams. As freshmen, we came uncertain and walked out with the confidence to achieve any dream. I said farewell to the old, but I'm happy about the new CT.

  • ...so true, @ Cass it wasn't a case of 'if' you had a future, you knew you had a future. You knew your destination.

  • ...so sad. Dronellar, c/o CT' AD7~

  • ACCT Class of 1982 : ) 23 years of Military Service and four College Degrees was my motivation from Cass : )

  • Congrats to you fellow Technician from '03! We love all Technicians.

  • "We were the best, and we still are" Yes ma'am we are! CT "03" the legacy lives on!!

  • And you also, John. Take care. CT '71.

  • Well done, Emma! Thanks so much for doing this!

It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with you at the gathering on the 26th,

    Blessings to you and yours,

    John Wiley
