I can't imagine being trapped in a car while it's on fire like that. Thank God for fire rescue! The firefighters recieved 2nd and 3rd degree burns while saving the child, everyone pray for that kid!

SUV burst into flames because the mom had forgotten to put the gas cap back on when she put gas in car earliar in the day. Mom fell asleep while driving. when the accident happend. Now the kids dad is asking for gifts like a flat screen t.v and dvd player. Like WTF does that have to do with the recovery of this child ? The two firefighters that rescued him should be getting gifts. Milk people while u can I guess. I'm all 4 helping this kid out with donations. but askin 4 dumb shyt like that ???

As a family member of DJ, I want to personally thank everyone involved with saving his life. However I am ashamed of how people can make such harsh comments on here. It could be anyone of us in that situation. DJ's life was saved thanks to the heroic actions of all persons involved. And he now has a long, painful recovery ahead of him.
