  • i sallute those men who died to the defend the philippines

  • My grandfather, JUAN L. MONREAL, was a WORLD WAR II Veteran. He was a brave Filipino soldier. He survived the Death March at Bataan. He is now 95 years old. My grandfather is kinda weak already. He became the cook for the Japs but he never have forgotton his fellow soldiers who are in prison. He gives them food everynight while the Japs are asleep. True hero..We will not forget his bravery and he will be a part of our country's history, forever...

  • @caren0910 love to visit it thnx sa pag reply

  • PLEASE REPLY nakikita nyo ba ung sa background nya meron ba tau dito sa philippines na war museum ?

  • yes, meron po! I am working at that war museum. It is AFP Museum, located at camp aguinaldo, for more info on the location of afp museum, call us at 912-7664. We also have displays of bataan and corregidor. You can also visit us at facebook, just type museoafp@yahoo.com. thank you po!

  • @caren0910 I've been to Corregidor last year and the place was oozing with history and being a history lover, I super enjoyed it..but one thing I just like to comment was that the Island seemed to be not well taken cared of..The beach side was a mess, the "cottages" were not maintained.....Hope that it will be enhance more and hopefully encourage more tourist..The island has so much to offer..it would be such a shame to see it not well tended ..

  • filipino soldiers i salute you... thank you for defending our motherland!!

  • i salute all the heroes of bataan. long live bataenos!

  • There was no way America could have reinforced those brave men at Bataan.

    You cannot reinforce failure.

It took three years to turn back the Japanese, and three years in Europe against the Germans.

The Phillipine soldiers, as is similar to the Greeks in Europe, fought hard to delay the totalitarian regimes. Long enough that Churchill, Roosevelt and even Stalin gave thanks to these nations for their sacrifice.

Bataan, with all its horror, helped win the war.

    Big Respect.

  • good thing we nuke the japs, we should do it again...

  • @sl2k4u and soon.

  • thank you sa inyo.....FIGTHING FILIPINOS...

  • proud son of Bataan defender, who died on tibias road work detail, still the biggest question, why didn't the U.S. send help, think Churchill was too manipulative with Roosevelt, and oh, yeah, why were our bombing raids on Tokyo ordered to avoid the emperors residence, lot of un -answered questions, I have spoken
