LoL but umm, i don't use this heat protectant anymore. i use "fantasia ic hair polisher heat protector serum". but i honestly think that with all the heat protectant sprays and serum i've been using, they all work the same for me. so the dove one that u have would be just fine. but um, i'm about to send u a private message. =)

@chantelle90: honestly the curls would stay like that all day and when the next day i would just recurl it. but NOW i know it's unhealthy to put so much heat on ur hair on the daily basics. sometime in march i'm gonna redue this video because this one is so old. LoL so be on the look out chantelle. =)

@alanna3223: AWW THANK YOU SO MUCH!! well, my hair is soo not like this anymore. but the tips that i follow to having healthy hair is simply less heat, and when u do use it make sure u use heat protectant spray. also try having protectant hairstyle like braid, ponytails or extensions. i stopped perming my hair a year ago, and i must say that my hair grew ALOT faster than when my hair was permed. so going natural is another option. but u should reserch on it first if ur interested in change. =)

@Nayamaya99: well sometimes i will braid my hair but that's when i'm doing a sew-in. my hair isnt completely natural. i'm still in my transitoning state. i've haven't went without a perm since august of last year. i have a video of the transitioning hairstyles i do. it's stuff like half wigs and extensions and occasionally i'll style my regular hair. i'll make an update video of my hair soon. =)

most of the time i just put it in a loose ponytail and put a scarf on, but sometimes i leave it the way it is or comb it out and wrap it. but NOW i'm working on a new way because i don't want to put heat in my hair on the daily basics. So when i curl my hair like this, i'm gonna put rollers in it at night so i won't have to worry about curling my hair again the next day. i'm thinking of doing a video of it, so stay tuned. =)

my main tips are... #1 to make sure u get rid of any split ends (that's what makes it bouncy). #2 make sure u wash your hair at least once a week (use a shampoo and conditioner that works well with YOUR hair type, it's okay to experiment). #3 to not put so much heat on ur hair (twice a week is what i do, with the blowdrying and flat ironing). and another thing is to make sure your hair and ur scalp is moisterized (that's the hardest part for me because i hate putting grease and oils in my hair)

Your hair looks so cuute! I've always wondered how black people style their hair. Theres not much black people in my town. But this is good! BTW i have a ?(I'm not being offensive, so don't take it as being offensive)but how come some black people can wash their hair everyday and others once a week? haha thanks. honestly, i have no idea why some blacks are like that either.. i'm assuming that not every black person have the same texture.. some could have fine hair and some can have kinky hair. i usually wash my hair once or twice a week. depends on my laziness status.. lol.

u make me wanna cut my hair. u should try pin curling at night- it lasts a long time. my 1st 1 inch flat iron my curls came out like yours (not on purpose though) i didn't want to loose my curls so i pin curled and it last me 2 weeks. i didn't know what i was doing but it came out cute.
