There is nothing like "GMod 11". Even the terminus "GMod 10" does not exist. It's called Garry's Mod. Garry once called it "technically GMod 11" while the original name still remains as "Garry's Mod" and nothing else.

If the stargate pack doesn`t work, you most likely have a pirated version of Gmod. This ONLY works if you have bought a legal Steam Garrysmod version. Everything works for me!

there is no GMod 11, it was GMod 10, but then Valve got half the rights to it and renamed it "GMod."

It isn't on garrysmod . org because the pack was removed by it's maker (he was tried of people being to stupid to read the readme file that came with it).

Go to facepunch, go to Home > Garry's Mod > LUA Scripting > RELEASES , and it is normally pretty high on the list. When you find it, you go to the first page, and if the download is broken, you get the SVN link.

redfoxarts, you don't get SG Mod 9, you get the Star Gate Addon pack. SG Mod 9 is just extra weapons and models (and a few NPCs)

I am not an expert in this game, as a matter of fact, Ive only seen it on you tube videos.

But from what I read in the comments, its a MOD of Half-Life, like Counter-Strike, you need to download Steam and download something called Garrys MOD or Gmod.

Its not actually a complete playable mod like Counter-Strike, its a mod to make mods. It has in-game tools, for you to build your own maps, put or remove objects, walls, stargates and so on.

Yes, in many occasions the gate got stuck with a stable worm-hole that wouldn't disconnect. Sometimes by mistake (I.E. the time they dialed to a planet getting eaten by a black-hole), sometimes used as a weapon (Quote to Anubis and the Replicators).

But it never ever got stuck in such a way that anything but radiation or radio waves could come and go freely, specially going into an incoming worm-hole.

The gate doesn't close while some matter is half in and half out, it's part of the many pre programmed security protocols, made by the Antients when they built the stargates.

It also wont connect a worm-hole if the path is throught a sun or a super nova, to avoid time bending mistakes (comming out of the stargate in a different time).

the SG1 gates have a quick dial too. by where the button is for dial and cancel there is a tick box, if ticked will do a quickdial

It may be slower, but I think having the ability to manually dial the gate adds in a sense of realism from the show. Yes, you could have an auto-dialer handle it, but I think part of the fun would be trying to remember the gate address to a safe world when trying to escape an ambush, for instance.

the atlantian gate is so much better... the milky way gate is so damn slow.... the peggy gate looks cooler, and is alot faster... no wonder y the ancients started using the new gate in the peggy galaxy... however, what dosent make sence is that when u dial a milky way gate with a dhd, it dont need to spin... there for, it should be faster then peggy... that is just fucked up...
