  • Everyone wants to be Scottish. And everyone is Scottish to some degree.

  • Kilts are super classy, and represent the heritage of the Highlanders that were removed during the Clearances, and eventually settled here in America. I would totally wear a kilt, but i feel like the 12.5% Highland Scot in me isn't enough for me to get away with it.

  • Does this show contiue on past this point? If it does, it be nice if others at the chuch were accepting of him as his family was. Yes they showed concerns with thier words, but they did'nt try to belittle him, as they should'nt have. Men and boys should be able to wear kilts, skirts or possibly even dresses if it's done in a masculine way. On the same note thier should be some kind of bags made so men can carry thier essential daily needs, wallet, keys, cell phone medicenes etc, A spoorans to small.

  • A skirt has one opening on top and one for both legs but a kilt is overlapping on the front and pleated at the back and side. My green kilt fastens on the left for the inside and on the right for the outer front. For the pleats I put a box pleat in the back and knife pleats for the sides. Would really like to see kilts become more popular. But that comment was right his top did not match.

  • The jacket's too long for the kilt. He needs a kilt jacket (yes- there is such a thing- and it looks much better than this "Saxon' jacket), a shorter hemmed version of the suit jacket.

  • if you wear a kilt dont do the modern day businessmen thing....i mean really!

  • lol no right through the soft spot on his head!

  • haha me to exept for the pets and the little baby :D

  • Ruthie brought it up from scotland

  • i like how he says goodbye annie cute

  • I wish the whole gang had came back for the 2nd final season.. I miss these guys... Cant believe its been almost 2 years since the show ended

  • Nice enough---and a well known garment. But the real superpower is the Fustanella from Greece which has more swing because of being pleated also in the front whereas "THE" kilt is sadly FLAT with no swing across the front. See the Greek style on E-Bay under "Greek dolls." I wear my skirt to arts performances at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and elsewhere. No problems encountered. By the way, the Romans brought the bagpipe to Caledonia from its origin in Greece! SKIRTS FOREVER!!

  • it's too short for him by like 4 inches

  • Is that a kilt...? doesn't looke like a kilt.

Then I mean from the behindsome £50, kilt. But yet.. it's cool. cheers

  • its also a show you know... i mean everything isnt "proper" on shows...

  • It's just the skirt - he isn't in full uniform.

  • @AnnieCamden Exactly, i dont see a sporran, hose flashes kilt pin, and if I'm not mistaken, that;s not the right blazer to be worn with a kilt.

  • His jacket is wrong and he has no sporran. But I guess a lot of first-time kilt wearers start out that way.
