  • its a true mystery why some natives try to be ghetto. we r our own kind of poeple, and have our own stories and we know where we come from. its good they try to know. but just because we have a NHA, its not like the projects of the bronx or something. dont bring the ghetto to the rez we have our own hardships but also have a solution to it that no trys to understand ot take to affect...

  • Just remwmber who you are and where you came from. Don't lose the language and the culture, many skins don't even know how to speak it. Remember ! you are one of a kind. SPECIAL!!!!!!

  • stupid fuck not mexicans NATIVE AMERICANS can u not read?

  • Native Indian teen's culture is blurring because they are influenced by all the gangs in NM that the cops still to this day have yet to get ahold of. Gangs just don't exist in the area I live in. I live by the beach. It's so nice, I love it. I don't miss NM at all! This is a smart kid though, he will figure it out. He will figure himself out. He is right, people are lost. Get out while you can people. There is a whole world out there.

  • Amazing! i love it, a beautiful ending to this vid.

  • Wow!! Colleen Gorman singing is great. She has the matriarchal description right on. The females in my family are the decision makers and planners.

I was told by my birthfather that I am born for the Charcoal Streaked Red Running Into Water clan, he is from Kayenta. I have not met another person of that clan since I have found out.

She has spunk. I love her energy!!

  • That was cool! I am not Native American myself, but I see how understanding your culture and fearing the loss of it is important. My family was Pennsylvania Dutch, and up untill my Great-Grandmother, we could all speak the language. I have recently begun to take an interest in Native American History. I think that it is apart of history that never is talked about much. It is all the same in school, "The so and so tribe built this kind of home." But yeah, really cool! ^^
