the noise is his scream at super fast speed (for what ever reason) and when you go into the weapon window it slows down (since the game "pauses" when you go to equip) funny glitch though =p

I have a video (not uploaded) of something similar. The guy didn't make any noise but his body would not stop twitching and when I shot him, he would slide back to the spot where I killed him until I shot him enough times that his body got stuck.

I noticed that particular area has problems, but I never encountered that one. The problem I had was every time I killed ANY PMC in that area, seconds later another PMC would run to that exact area!! and that would keep happening repeatedly.

I think the weird noise is the death sound file being repeated almost instantanous so it makes that noise. When you hold a weapon/item select button it stops all sounds so I guess that was the case.
