I'm glad! The shot was to promote the Burt Reynolds film "Gator" in 1976. The alligator wrestler in the photo is Lauren Hutton who also starred in the film. Supposedly when she turned up to pose with the reptiles she was wearing a designer swimsuit and over $100,000 in diamonds. You're tone was alright, but perhaps it would help you to open your throat and use more air when you play. You also seem to be pinching your lips more than you need to.

Thirdly, when playing that part, it's good to use some dynamic contrast to give direction to the notes. It makes things more interesting.

I am not trying to insult you, I'm just giving advice. must argue that I would much rather play the "Boom boom" parts. In fact, I would rather count rests than play that part on the tuba.

You don't need to play a particular instrument to critique a player. Anybody who's played music beyond a high school level can hear MANY problems with his playing. He doesn't have a very open tone, It sounds like he's sludging through it, etc etc.
