If you mean the anime Evangelion ended (Spoiler: I think that everything went to hell but Shinji managed to fix everything and everything went back to normal though Rei and Gendo is dead) and the show that the other video is parodying is about girls in a female-only cathoilic school i think so probably there wont be a crossover.
