they never call, when u call to find out what time the tech will arrive, all we were able to do was, send a message to a fucking routing office that doesn not do a shit. the tech got the last word, if they feel like not calling they are not forced to do so, in other words they dont give a fuck if u have to wait a month to get a another tech
very funny i work at sears for 8ys laundry tech i exprience the most fuking worst job,, their techs from laundry to any other deparment are a joke mo&^% fuk^s all they do is visit the cust and order parts run away like little bitches they rechedule for a week later and the day of the appoiment the tech takes the day off living a mess to the next tech ,recently they hire about 35 rokiies a week later they let go about 32 the other 3 was helper tech that dont even know how to use a screw driver
@elaprovechado1 i was a sears rep i used to set up the appointments and you're totally right, all they do is order parts and reschedule, but finally when the next tech comes to finish the repair, he realizes that the last tech ordered the wrong parts XD so guess what? they have to order again and reschedule you for another week hoping that you dont get the wrong parts again.
NEWS FLASH......SEARS SUCKS ALL OVER. They think their ABC charity crap is going to keep my business?! HA! THEIR KENMORE APPLIANCES SUCK AND THEIR CRAFTSMAN TOOLS SUCK.
I'm sorry for your frustration. If you google "sears sucks", you will get dozens of websites featuring countless horror stories of customer disservice, lousy product quality, questionable business ethics, boorish employee behavior, and promises to never ever ever buy from sears again ever EVER! Now google "sears is great" or "I like sears" or anything positive like that and you get NOTHING! Good luck with the schmucks.

I worked at Sears for three years. I've never worked around a bigger collection of jerks and cut throats in my life. Never shop at Sears.
