I don't normally like young actors as Val Jean but Killian sounds wonderful. I can only imagine how awesome he'd be in the role down the road when he's more 'age appropriate' for the role. I hope he at some point becomes a lead Val Jean.

Killian sounds great as Valjean, but in about 15-20 years, he'll sound even better. His voice just needs to deepen.

I saw him perform Bring Him Home in Direct From The West End in York and it was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!! I'm now a huge fan and I'm sure he's better than Alfie Boe!!! Much love to you, Killian - all the best :) xxx

I love all the understudies of 09/10/11. Hell, I miss the 09/10 cast so bloody much. Killian is amazing.

I love Killian as Enjolras. Its my favourite role and Killian is my favourite out of all the actors I've seen in it.

But WOW!! The disappointment I have now experienced from hearing this and never seeing him as Valjean! That was amazing!

He is so incredibly talented. I can't wait to see where his career will take him.

He's still a young lad so maybe one day he'll step into the shoes of Jean Valjean full time.

@GGray1986 You're welcome. I certainly hope he will take over as Valjean in the (relatively near) future. Enjolras is my favourite role, too, and I have to say that I've seen better performers in that role than Killian, but he sang the role of Valjean with such ease and played him so naturally and well that I would love to see him full-time as that character instead.

Oh. MY. God! This was so beautiful! Easily the best version I have ever heard! I've not actually seen Les Miserables on stage yet but I hope when I eventally do, Killian is in the cast, he seems to excell at any role he is in!

I'm so sorry I missed this earlier in the year! Killian's Enjolras was brilliant when I saw it in September, but when I found out he'd done Valjean - that would have been absolutely wonderful to see. Killian, please keep singing and never stop!!! You have a beautiful voice, and we poor Antipodedeans 12,000 miles away in Australia on the wrong side of the world can't wait to get back for more!!! You're better than Anthony Warlow, which is high praise indeed!! Thank you!!

@bookworm266 I have no doubts of that, I saw him as Enjolras when he was still understudy. It's almost a pity he's tied down to one role now, though, he was a brilliant swing.
