  • possibly the fastest slow and controlled reps I've ever seen!!!

  • On this workout do you bend out elbows or just up straight

  • If Justin Kirk and Jimmy Fallon had a kid it would be this guy.

  • @5speedonly haha except both are super skinny, How about Jimmy fallon and Van damme.. that makes a bit more sense being I weight about as much as those other 2 combined :)

  • i use 257lbs and i do 4x8 set to traps and still its to low weight for me >S

  • Not bad for a beginner when your smashing out 8 reps at 700lbs and drop setting down to 400lbs get back to all of us with another VID.

  • @TheOzzyboy83 Once you make money off what your doing then you can repost :)

  • @TheOzzyboy83 Lmao, you do realize you are criticising the 2011 WBFF (world bodybuilding and fitness federation) champion?

  • @Fitplayer66 haha.. Haters will hate.. He is not posting the videos of him throwing around the weight he is saying he can do, another fake it before he makes it guy..

  • Good choice in music man....Paul van Dyke -Crush

  • @1320thirteentwenty thanks buddy

  • i love how you say warm up light with 180. i weigh 145 when pumped.

  • how do you get those veins on your forearms?

  • @Gooknukem The more lean your body is the more veins that will show typically

  • @mmlacerte hay just a little comment here. you need to hold your shoulders back alittle and DO NOT roll them or risk injuiry.

  • @Gooknukem I know huh, they look like frickin ropes. lol

  • @Gooknukem Do lots of bicep workouts and pullups. I weigh 126 pounds and i got forearms like a 40 year old bodybuilder.

  • IS this your main shrug workout?

  • @Fmajara I change things every single times I workout, There are a ton of different movements that will hit your traps

  • Huge and good loking back you have there... How you work your shoulders + lats?

  • @CoupeAudi1990 For some people at times I didn't strap. I have strong hands to support the weight. But it is safer recommended to strap up.

  • Ive been training my traps for about 4 months now and i can only see them when i flex them, i want to have my traps showing all the time without having to flex them. 17 years of age, 15 kg on the same machine youre doing it.

  • how affective are these?? i wana build huge traps i mean huge any advise??

  • @f4i2002 4 to 5 reps of as much as u can lift. so far my max is 405 and my traps are getting bigger

  • @f4i2002 If you want big muscles, then you have to actually use the muscles that you want to get big. I see alot of people jumping and using alot of weight and trying to go at it to fast. Im no expert but once you understand the body, its pretty obvious. Hold the shoulders back slightly, use as much weight as you can control, go slow up and down, hold at the top for 5 sec each time for alot more tension on the traps and go down, and do as many sets as you can... I have been doing this, luv it

  • @Halobolu THANKS.

  • use free weights, its alot better then that

  • @xryanxbeastx33 I disagree.. I like a more controlled movement.. Helps keep technique tight.. Weight is weight buddy, you have to know how to use it

  • @mmlacerte i'm with ya

  • @mmlacerte is it better to use straps while doing traps or does that make my grip weaker?? btw cool workout, i wish my gym had a smithmachine=P

  • @GlidarnMadness The straps help him hold onto the wiehgt. Without the straps, the weight would slowly fall out of his grip, but with the straps the weight is more securely fastened to his grip. Also a weight lifting belt is a good idea for using very heavy weight.

  • @mmlacerte thank you... i cant do free weights... they dont feel right... but on the machine... i can concentrate on strictly using my shoulders/traps... instead of concentrating on trying to keep the weight straight or some other dumb stuff...

  • @mmlacerte He's right, free weight is better. the need to stabilize the weight utilizes more muscle fibers

  • @WhosexoDaddy I can get just as big with smith as I can free weight so at the end of the day it makes no difference

  • One of the things I like about your workouts is the fact that as you are working out, I can see the effected muscles in action. It helps to understand the muscles the routine will work on building.
