I'm a transgender woman and have been on hormone replacement therapy for two years in February of 2012. I have not had any side effects or health issues taking synthetic hormones orally. However, because of health concerns of my own and because of the thought of putting synthetic chemical formulas in my body, I am looking forward to stopping my HRT and continuing on with BHRT. What are your thoughts on a transgender woman on BHRT?
