  • @ps3playergod No,but this by far is the hardest and you have to do it every other day. There's like 10 different 50minute workouts on p90x.

  • Work on continuing to make those hamstrings flexible. It's looking good and it looks like you're able to keep up with them and that your abs have become used to the abuse. The only thing left to do is to be able to nail it as hard as they do. Once you can really straighten those legs, you're golden. Good luck

    do 25 reps each for 3days in a week and rest on the 4th week. then do it over again.

    hint don not do it ever day and burn as much calories other wise you don't get the result you should

  • @scottmt07 no, u have to do cardio to lose weight. Without any cardio, this will give u more muscle but make u look fatter

  • its the v up roll ups that do it for me, ive been don p90x for 6 weekes and im already blown away, its so the real deal its not even funny, im 15 tho, i didnt need to follow the meal plan

  • Very difficult on the first week. After the first month I was still not finishing it all the way. Just slowly took away all the little mini breaks, and finally made it through. I was not used to pushing through the build up of lactic acid in my thighs. Now I can make it with no problem. Actually on some days I do it twice in a row.

  • I puked the first day after the chest/back and ab ripper.

    It looks easy...it is not.

    It only works if you follow the diet/meal plan and are a HIGHLY motivated and determined person.

  • I've been doing P90X for a little more than 2 weeks now. Let me tell you. I hate Ab ripper X. I find myself not being able to do all the reps for the first 2 weeks and i'm still not able to do many of them correctly. So i just increased the days that i did my abs and they look awesome. I know Tony said not to do Abs everyday, but I do and the results are UNREAL. The Only day I don't do abs are on Sunday. Only X Stretch

  • I've been doing Ab Ripper X for several weeks and it is hard as hell! Following the "pulse ups" with "heals to heaven" is the toughest for me, although scissors are right up there, too.

  • It is 3 days a week. Days 1, 3 and 5 of the workout week.

  • in those 3days a week. what DVDs should you follow? like specifically the routines that the real p90x uses? like in those day 1 day 2 day 3 in a week?

    coz i don't have the other stuff with me. i only have dvds

  • i'm on day two of p90x its not easy but i believe it will work i feel good working out and i'm way over weight and i know when i get to those sit ups i'll have a hard time but i know it will all pay off hopefully i'll become skinny too
