Work on continuing to make those hamstrings flexible. It's looking good and it looks like you're able to keep up with them and that your abs have become used to the abuse. The only thing left to do is to be able to nail it as hard as they do. Once you can really straighten those legs, you're golden. Good luck

Very difficult on the first week. After the first month I was still not finishing it all the way. Just slowly took away all the little mini breaks, and finally made it through. I was not used to pushing through the build up of lactic acid in my thighs. Now I can make it with no problem. Actually on some days I do it twice in a row.
I've been doing P90X for a little more than 2 weeks now. Let me tell you. I hate Ab ripper X. I find myself not being able to do all the reps for the first 2 weeks and i'm still not able to do many of them correctly. So i just increased the days that i did my abs and they look awesome. I know Tony said not to do Abs everyday, but I do and the results are UNREAL. The Only day I don't do abs are on Sunday. Only X Stretch

i'm on day two of p90x its not easy but i believe it will work i feel good working out and i'm way over weight and i know when i get to those sit ups i'll have a hard time but i know it will all pay off hopefully i'll become skinny too

I did it for 2 weeks got major abs,
