ah eso pasa cada rato en maguayo, eso se inunda bien rapido, con cualquier lluvia, pero esos dias fueron como 2 semanas lloviendo yo creo

I was one of the SBA/Fema guys who helped out back in 1987/88 during floods back then

I fell in love with Lajas and the region.

I was not aware until today that recent floods had happened. I hope everyone is alright

Ay, esa musica no. Da miedo! Hope things get better there soon. Stay indoors! I heard about it but now I see it for myself. I don't know exactly where Maguayo is. I have family in Lajas too, en el barrio de Candelaria y tanbien en La Plata. Be careful!

Wow, that's some high water. That's were you live right? Are you and your stuff okay?

The bottom floor got about 1 foot of water since floods aren't new and it's made to prevent most of the water to go inside, but only some furniture got damaged plus a mess of mud left behind. Other towns had it way worst!
