Kevin, this video is a few years old, so, would your list look a little different today? I would be interested in seeing an updated list of this. If you have done one recently, can you repost? Thanks. JT
I only mention this because Dr.'s almost killed me with drugs.
I am off Most of them. And am hoping that by eating Whole Foods and taking Some supplements; I will regain my health, fully.
It is better to get good bacteria through fermented foods than in say,...Good Belly. But right now,..I must do what I must do. And Good Belly (And others) are a Valuable option.
Soon I hope to be 100% whole food and no, or little supplements.
Supplements should be a last resort (mho), since they put such a strain on Kidneys and liver; But are sometimes necessary.
I eat Real Krill, Sardines, Anchovies, Flax, Cocao, Goji Berries, Coffee (A true health food), all teas, Any Fermented veggies , anything Very Spicy, Coconut Oil, Raw Honey, Stevia, Hemp, Sesame seeds and anything else that makes sense.
I do take Alive pills, extra C (Especially during cold season), Acai pills and Good Belly drink.
@proximu Actually most centenarians don't bust their balls in the gym everyday, they moderately exercise through daily activities- walking around and going up and down stairs for instance.
I heard ya, specially red meat like Alberta beef is bad. Organic is the way to go. I take the Nutrilite brand, seems to work for me. not feeling tired like before. My mind falls asleep when reading, listening etc.. LOL
Krill is bad, and b12 should be only from Algae, you gotta do a better job of researching your supplements. Whole food supplements only and not from meat and dairy.
@k12rising Why don't you look it up you fucking tard!! It's fine if its fresh but its shelf life is weak and goes rancid faster then you are going to take it faggot!!
@wildwind03 not sure. I think if you go raw, juice and do coffee enemas and take vitamin C amoung other things you should be healed...in my professional opinion. Stay away from surgery and pharmas.
Any of you guys know about the supplemental complex called "Nutrishield"..? It contains pure, optimum dosages, has excellent bio-availability and gives a massive ORAC rating. Works out at about £25 per month.

Hey, I am freaking out on the B12. I ordered it from The Hippocrates Institute and I just read the label stating it is cyanocobalamin. What is the difference and is this safe to take?
I swear by vitamin C! Not sure of others, maybe b vitamins too. I really can tell with vit C though. Especially healing times are shorter, less bruising, etc.
Supplements? For total health? What about diet? Sorry but if you need to fill up with supplements your diet ain't doing a good job!
