  • Very good movement.Like a pro'.. :D ! Thanks !

  • So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating "right" or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, "garbage in - garbage out". This goes for the mind - and the body. It is not a judgmental statement it simply elementary. Love your body- Peace all,Vic

  • You're amazing Vic! I've made a lot of progress the past 2 years but the subtle techniques you teach really do make all the difference!

  • dude I wanna rip your arms and put them on my showders nice build

  • appreciated...

  • "imagine me massaging your trapezius muscles" oh behave! haha jkjk

This is the same for beginners as well- Vic

  • I do not compete since its not for me. I like to stay big and strong, and going on crash diets and having 5 % bodyfat is not something I aspire to do.

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • shame i dont have that machine at home. lol

  • hey thanks a lot for the videos. Your new videos make you look and sound a WHOLE lot different now.

sadly my shoulders don't seem to grow.

  • vic i enjoy all your vids , but this one . you can do alot of damage lifting weights behind your head like that. light weight may be different . everything i have learned, read over time. all says never behind your head.

  • Yeah I realized that too, but I think they both still use the same general concept. Vic told me that since he's dropping the shoulders in this demonstration, he's taking the traps out of the exercise.

  • Wait Vic I thought you taught in your old shoulder video that you shouldn't do the shoulder press behind your head because everything gets all bunched up. Am I wrong? because I swear I remember you saying that.

  • @bbhelberg That was on his back video with the lat pulldown.

  • huge biceps..

  • I found that when doing lateral raises with lighter weights, holding the weight with just my first two finger and my thumb, that I get a quicker burn and defiantly a lot more concentration on my shoulders, instead of my forearms as well.

I am no trainer though. And im not disagreeing with Vic's workout.

    Great video Vic!

  • u rock

  • he's a ledgend

  • So happy you think so.

    Peace, Victor

  • Tosi on.
