So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating "right" or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, "garbage in - garbage out". This goes for the mind - and the body. It is not a judgmental statement it simply elementary. Love your body- Peace all,Vic
I do not compete since its not for me. I like to stay big and strong, and going on crash diets and having 5 % bodyfat is not something I aspire to do.
vic i enjoy all your vids , but this one . you can do alot of damage lifting weights behind your head like that. light weight may be different . everything i have learned, read over time. all says never behind your head.
Yeah I realized that too, but I think they both still use the same general concept. Vic told me that since he's dropping the shoulders in this demonstration, he's taking the traps out of the exercise.
Wait Vic I thought you taught in your old shoulder video that you shouldn't do the shoulder press behind your head because everything gets all bunched up. Am I wrong? because I swear I remember you saying that.
I found that when doing lateral raises with lighter weights, holding the weight with just my first two finger and my thumb, that I get a quicker burn and defiantly a lot more concentration on my shoulders, instead of my forearms as well.
I am no trainer though. And im not disagreeing with Vic's workout.
Very good movement.Like a pro'.. :D ! Thanks !
