  • Who's models were those at the end, were they his?

  • @thehoplite32 watch the first video

  • 2 and a half year later and still no next video...

Again another serie of videos unfinished by miniwargaming. I fell sorry for the people who pay every month to have those videos earlier...

  • He died again!

  • did he die yet

  • K so like 2 years and still no video. COOL.

  • It's been a year I think he should let this project die.

  • This is one thing I hate about miniwargaming, they never do anything start to finish

  • what I enjoyed most about the four videos was the evolution of your hairstyle from start to finish :D

  • Sheeb died after the making of this video. If he didn't where the hell is the finished army.. Two(2) years ago Sheeb.

  • WOOHOOO GO SHEEEEEEEB!!!!

  • krylon flat is awesome.

  • @eMoneyACIDPISS and a hell of a lot cheaper than GW chaos black spray cans and gets the same job done

  • wat is in your tau army and how many points is it. i was thinkingof collecting them. i already have chaos space marines army, 2 tyranid armys, blood angle army and imperial fists but im want 2 start a tau army can i have some advise plz

  • @jimbobyazoo

an average army is 1500 points, if you see sheebs chaos video then you'd know his army is 1,500 points, so two reasons why your army should be 1500

  • lol this must be your first army if your buyin crap paint having to brake fluid them lol

trust me just buy citadel stuff, that armory base paint is decent too

if your going to spend all the money on the models dont do less on your paint, wellif you want em to look good anywho

  • @moobiemuff correction, it must be their first army if they think they need citadels overpriced stuff to get the same quality as you cna with krylon for a primer and things like reaper paints which look nicers and cost 1/2 to 2/3 less.

  • when's the next one being uploaded?

  • what ever happend to sheeb

  • no one knows...

  • haha hair from head went on beard

  • i use the spray paint from a craft store.... you have to let it dry for 30 minutes but it works

  • haircut

  • I just bought 5 titans!

  • wow must of cost alot! i want to see that apocolypse game!

  • ya sheeb what happened to your tau army? did you just give up on them?

  • Man im so saving up for a Tau Battleforce now.

I alos think that its one of the most Powerful(if not diverse)Battleforce deals out there, Kroot, nice and effective, cheap, good counter attacks, and expendable, a Battlesuit which can be treated as a HQ Shas O/Shas El, yum...Fire Warriors, nuff said, Devilfish, kickass with upgrades, Stealthsuits, better infiltrators than then other armies, no way can Scouts hold there own against 3 Stealthsuits and a Markerlight Drone.

  • If you bought cheap at Walmart, then you probably got Dutch Boy paint.

Buy Krylon Fusion. One of the best spray paints you can buy and a much nicer price. I use Krylon on all of my plastics and on my styrofoam RC aircraft. It has worked a lot better than GW paint in my experiences.

  • use army painter white primer

  • You spray them first then paint them?

  • no the!

  • I bought a can of Games Workshop Chaos Black Spray Primer and it was awful. While it did spray really well I sprayed 15 Kroot Carnivores, 20 Ork Boyz, 5 Nobz, a Warboss, and 3 Deffkoptas and it's already empty. That is only 450 points worth of Orks and 15 Kroot!

  • lol i doubt it i did 2 of my armies with 1 can 1200 points of chaos to complete my chaos and 1000 points of blood angels so how heavy did you spray em?

  • I heard that this guy gave up on his Tau after only a few games.

Hang in there all you Tau enthusiasts!

  • lol i bought probably $400 worth of other armies before i found my dream team, the tau. my only regret is that i wished i would have started with them first :(

  • Testers Flat black spray enamel is a good primer if you ever need to do black again. I havnt found a good white primer to replace the GW stuff yet either.

  • It is called PLASTIC BOND

i have krylon and it works better than GW

  • Yes it does take his word for it. Its cheaper also.

  • does the krylon also work on metal models?

  • yea perfectly

  • did u glue your xv 8's weapons?

    not a good idea....

  • i think the dude on line used bleached bone with a mix of bone and skull white for hilights along with regular skull white. looks as though he gave it a wash of devlan mud and streaks of Terricota for the rust

  • i use Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch primer for my models and they work awesome for me. never had a problem with them, and i can buy 3 for the price of one GW's spray.

  • Spray paint made for plastic wont run it bonds to the plastic better

  • Do you know this from experiance? I'm just asking because I was told that GW uses a chemical in their plastics that is hydrophobic and is made to bond to a chemical in their paints.

  • Krylon makes a spray paint for plastic, thats probably your best bet since it can be used on such a wide variety of plastics. But go to a hardware store and browse through spray paints and test it on a piece of sprue.

  • and remember that the GW stuff is almost always over priced

  • so how hard do you shake the container?

imma start an army soon and im scared of doin ANYTHING rong o.o do you fill it to the top so they dont hit the walls to hard?

  • LOL

    dont use brake fluid

use simply green or castrol super clean ( purple )

  • Are you ever going to finish this series?

  • probably not, he collects nurgle now

  • nurgle?

  • wtf is nurgle

  • The chaos god of dezease or illness or whatever.

But basically nurgle troops are chaos marines with a bunch of pustules and cancer like things etc.

  • i used Krylon brand white primer and it wasn't runny, in fact it was grainy and i didnt like it. i wish miniwargaming carried the spray paint so it'd be at least a little cheaper

  • I don't think they supply spray paint because it's hazardous on shipping and cost to much.

  • I realize this, but i was saying that Games Workshop's paint wouldn't seem so expensive if MWG had it and gave it a 10% discount.

  • for me it was a competition between imperial guard and tau

    i chose imperial guard

  • why did u paint them black then white ???

  • he did them with a non gw spay and they didnt turn out right, he put them in paint stripper then sprayed them white............................i think!

  • car break fluid its ok for stripin paint of plastics bt not brill

  • is there a part 5? i like these vids! and what are the best colours 2 paint a tau? plz reply!

  • brakefluid works great and its reusable i have it in a giant pickle jar and for cheap primer get Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Primer works great just dont spray it to close to model and burst squirt it and it works beautiful

  • you had the same problem as me

  • Sheeb where have ya been i havent seen another vid from you in 7 months i want to see how your tau army turned out.

  • if all you guys are gonna do is hate on this guy then why did you watch it all the way to part 4

  • HA HAIRCUT!

  • Well, you should get a life! Youre the one watching this!

And besides, playing Warhammer doesnt mean you dont have a life, it means you have a hobby.

    Bitch.

  • i didntmean the movie that coment was to brokenkurai :P i love this guys movies!

  • u play runescape ive seen your channel

  • ya i have no problems with a primer all i do is back up a bit and make short quick passes and it goes on even

  • I also forgot to mention a long time ago i got the battle for macerage starter set and i forgot to paint the playing pieces/ terrain. the terrain is a crashed ship so i painted it space marine blue and bolt gun silver. Then i took a brush and dipped it lightly in red paint and just dabbed some on in places to look like blood stains. I cut some string and painted it gore red and put it on the terrain to look like guts. Now it looks so nice just perfect

  • hey i have a tau army too but it is very small. Painting an building are the funnest and playing is a super bonus. some day i might get a huge army.

  • The Brake fluid works very well. What i did was use Havoline brake fluid and put a stealth suit in and also a gun drone and after 2 and a half hours, i looked inside and 75% of all the paint was off and when i shook it gently, 80% of it shook off. i just bought the brake fluid from Chevrons for 2 bucks

  • The reason the paint looks terrible (belive I know) is that you should actually smooth it up with a sand paper (This obviously doesn't work with WH) so you gotta ask for a regural can of paint (so nooo primers) Or use the GW spray. In case you don't use GW spray remember to TEST IT ON A SCRAP PIECE. Remember.

  • why havent you made a video 5 yet its been like 4 months

  • Why did he have such a problem with the car primer? It will go on fine but you can't go mad with it, you have to feather it on lightly as it's a heavy paint. The games workshop stuff will be mostly activator so that it gets a thin cover.

  • Its better to base your models first before you primer them so that the spray paint seals the gravel or rocks or whatever you are using to the base. I used to base my models after i was done with the whole model but then the sand starts coming off and doesnt stick that well.

  • Is their a vidio 5 yet

  • i will say that don't prime your models on cardboard i learned that the hard way... the models will actually stick to the cardboard a little after you've primed them.

Actually the best thing to prime them on is the box that they come in. Its slick and it even gives the models a higher platform if your going to prime hunched models like a carnifex.

  • if you've got concrete space or plywood use that, though

  • primer is definatley important because yes it gives the paint a surface to stick to but if you paint models like space marines all the little crevices and details are much easier to just prime and paint around

  • OMG!!!!! nooo u dont base them till they r done! and if u dont know what that is its the little rocks and what not, the little terrain stuff on the base of the model.u do that when ur done paintin the model. Then u apply glue to the base with a brush er watever and dip it in the chosen basing material.

  • nice lol all that work and then you ended up with the worksop spray lmfao!! gj though

  • i use chaos black as my under coat; i never have (and probably never will) use skull white as an undercoat, as all of my models are dark.

  • YEAH I PAINT SOME MODELS WIT OUT UNDERCOAT they look fine (besides my painting skills) lol but i no metal needs it

  • nice haircut lol

  • ive painted some figures without the under coat, looks just as good

so is it nescessary to use undercoat?

  • Yea it is unless you want the paint to start chipping off after a month or 2... I've painted GW models for 5 years(since i was 9) trust me I know what happens when you don't undercoat with primer or flat paint. IT WILL COME OFF not at first but after a month or so your paint will just start to chip off all over the model, I recommend that you do undercoat, but hey it's your choice.

  • What's the reason for spray painting a model?

  • to have a base colour and make it easyer to paint on :s

  • You want primer not spray paint.

  • The reason u use primer is to Help the paint stick on.Paint doesnt stick too well on plastic.

  • Games Workshop are practically userers.

The prices are EXTORTIONATE, there is no need for them to cost that much

  • The reason they charge that price is.. they can!

    LOL.. it sucks i know..

But down here in Australia it costs even more because we have one of the highest tax/GST ratings and also shipping from the UK (i think thats where they are based) costs ALOT!

  • blue and white would be a cool color sceem

  • nah.. to much white is bad on models..

When i get my Tau empire pack (the $150 one) im going with black and dark purple.. have used that colour scheme for all my mechs since i was a baby playing front mission and stuff ^__^

  • this might be just a story but, i heard that any "ultra-flat" spray paints work... perhaps someone could try it, PM me (or just tell everyone)back the results? thanks, maybe this'll help

  • sigh... i also came to the realization that GW sprat paint is better... sigh...

  • intresting vid - nice !

  • Do you know how many people have waited for your return? Haha, jk:)

    Great to see an update!

    Good luck!

  • Nice!

  • been awhile =P

  • SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is not dead yay!

  • WOOOOO NOT DEAD LOLOLOLOL cant wait to see the next 1

  • !!!!! SHEEB IS BACK !!!!!

  • do people at miniwargaming have real jobs? or is this their job if so thats sooo cool

  • I imagine they do. I don't think they charge anything for being a part of their club.

  • well, we have an online store where we sell Warhammer miniatures, and soon will be selling other cool stuff (more to be revealed later)

  • no this isn't their job, people who paint are the guys at Blue Table Painting and stuff like that

  • Yes Sheeb!

I'm gonna hit Asda either tonight or tomorrow (Asda being the English equivilant of Walmart) and see if I can grab a Primer can from there.

    Keep it up!

  • Was wondering when Sheeb was going to put up another tau video.

  • I use "Rust-Oleum" Painter's Touch.

MAT black or white. It's cheaper than GW and it works. Are you trying to score brownie points by pushing GWs overpriced spray cans?

  • ohh i gotta try that ive tryed other crap brands and i got the same problem as him

  • Rust-Oleum PAINTER'S TOUCH

Mat Black (multi purpose indoor/outdoor fast drying)

Blue Can with flat black lid. Never had a problem. you can PM me for pictures of models i've painted using PAINTER'S TOUCH. I also have pictures of Warpstone entries done with the same spray including one 1st place, a second place and 2 third places.

  • Dude where you been? Good to see you back and BTW the figs look great! Keep em coming...please

  • Try krylon white primer, its the best you'll be able to find. I swear by the stuff and I have my whole club using either that or black.

  • FINALLY UR BACK YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Black with the lightish blue looks nice

  • use sumthing like krylon or the gws stuff

  • I tried Krylon, its bogus on GW models, just get the GW stuff

  • I used krylon black as a base for my tau army and it came out perfect. You just have to be very easy and layer your paint.

  • correction, I used " Fusion". I think it's a type of krylon that bonds to plastic.

  • if thats the colour shceme at the end its sweet

    good 2 have you back

  • I have to agree.
