I like this kind of animation. Especially since it's stop motion. This scenery reminds me of German gothic expressionism like that in the original Nosferatu movie and many black and white silent horror movies (which are awesome).
hey peoples! i work hard on my creative videos and get very low views. so PLEASE check out my videos. be sure to check out SEEDS, and SOFTLY CONFINED (COOL stop motion animation) (Original MUSIC) and much more! thanks! :) (subscribe if you like)
@daryatk that's the point haha. i guess you don't like nightmare before christmas or much other tim burton? i used to feel that way but i like it now c:
@LilMonster1411 I agree. That's exactly how I used to feel as a boy, and sometimes the feeling comes back. I don't even see it in a negative way, I suppose some people just 'enjoy' their darker side.
@WSEvins My son is a year old and I've already started reading him the Grimm Fairytale's like how I used to have read to me. Edgar Allen Poe was my favorite author at that age also. Nightmare Before Christmas was my favorite movie. You can never be too young to read good literature and be inspired by such creative writers. People are too sensitive nowadays.

@PrismPhoenix I respect your opinion, but honestly I don't think 'Vincent' should be changed. There was a reason Vincent Price was chosen to narrate, to name some he's one of Tim Burton's biggest influences, Vincent wants to be like him,and believes he is at one point, and in my opinion, his voice is perfect for this short film, definitely adds to the darkness in it.
@jimbobhk2009 why not? i think he has what it takes, besides, doing "book at bedtime" with vampire stories. i think it would be great for his fangirls, including me. david tennant has a very sexy voice that would melt any fangirl's heart.
Reminds me of all the children out there suffering from depression but not having a complicated enough grasp of language and communication to even express how sad they feel, no one can understand what they are going through.

Wow, it didn't involve that bobble-head woman who they didn't have to photoshop for Alice in Wonderland or the slimy drug addled skeezy middle aged man with the wispy super-sleazy moustache. There was once a time when Tim Burton's stuff didn't utterly suck! :O
@CaramelCleo You know what's weird? I've watched Ryan Woodward's 'Thought Of You' probably 117+ times (I'm getting it tattooed on my arm) and I've NEVER had any of these animation videos suggested for me! Until now. I guess I know how I'm spending my afternoon!

@ZlatkoTheGod Coraline was directed by Henry Selick and produced by Bill Mechanic Claire Jennings Henry Selick and Mary Sandell i see your confusion because on the cover of Coraline it says from the director of nightmare before Christmas which was Produced by Tim Burton NOT directed it was directed by Henry Selick C=

@TheNatkidd Very, very bad use of commas. Unless, of course, you wanted your sentance to sound like utter BS
MrChaoscheese 1 month ago
@MrChaoscheese Im just saying. How long did it take Tim, to do this short.
TheNatkidd 1 month ago
@TheNatkidd There is no need for a comma between Tim and to do. And you need a question mark to fullfill your question.
This is how you should say it " How long did it take Tim to make this short?"

@MrChaoscheese Okay. Okay. Just tell me, How long did it take Tim to make this short. I see my problem's with my commas.
