I have lived and born in blackburn for 17 yrs rochdale for 1 and a half and the same in london and 18 yrs in preston.yes preston has areas which have a drug related problem but not realy too racialy motivated.most towns have problems i have found preston the easiest to live in if you stay away from those drugy ha ha areas.
