I had a '76 just like yours. My best bud helped me rebuild it. It was seriously overpowered for the amount of suspension travel it had. It could jar your teeth out on a rough trail and was useless on powder. But on a groomed trail it was great! I lived near an ITS trail in Maine which was about ideal conditions for my sled. It provided many enjoyable rides before I finally sold it.
@firefox2012345 i also own a 1983 and i know how you feel, i need just a few little things to get it ready and im having no luck, if it really is a '83, hang on to it, they only built 1200 of them
@TwoStrokePower653 thx ya im 15 but i know alot about engines but ya when we got it it had a big hole in the hood some dud drove his throw it but i got that fixed most of the way for now i rebuilt the carb and new gas line but was nice it had a after aftermarket track that is better for it
Ha! As soon as I got off into the deep snow the track was spinning like crazy hence the rooster tail there. You can tell once I hit the road again lol!
