+1 I would LOVE to know why I've been repeatedly rejected. All my content is longer than 10 minutes, but only around 300MB in size @ 720p resolution.  I post initially on Blip.tv and attempt to cross-post/aggregate on YouTube. Vimeo had no problems with this...but YouTube...now that's another story.

Being partner is only about adsense partnership. Google can't make money out of people watching your vids. It has to get the right viewer to link to the ads that get the most clicks.

i think that they've been fair in giving the information they do to those who do not get accepted into the program because, if you can imagine how long it would take to look through a person's videos and personally write a critique on their channel they wouldn't get back to them for weeks.

To become a partner, your videos should be getting at least 100,000 views(you come nowhere near that). Also, you have to be funny, which you are obviously not. If you expect to get paid just because you have a few videos and "I put a lot of hard work into them". Just because you want something really bad doesn't, at all, mean that it should just be given to you. You have to work for it. Or (as i suggest you do) quit trying because you're just not cut out for it.

Its basically where they put ads on your videos and you get money for every time someone clicks on that ad. You also get other benefits such as a banner on your videos/channel and your featured video auto-plays on your channel. The banner on your channel can link to other websites depending on how you design it. Hope I helped.
