I could hear by the music, the "not-anonymous", the intention, the stupidity and the blue theme directly that this is from the psychotic church of scientology.
I believe that those medical conditions do exist, and know people with them. I hope this video isn't saying that they don't exist. I do however agree that people shouldn't be defined by their label. Yes, depression, ADHD, and OCD exist, but let's not assume that kids and adults who have been diagnosed with such things are incapable of being a loving successful person. Psychology is NOT a science; it can never be empirically proven, nor can tests be devised to prove the efficacy of the drugs prescribed.

Sugar coating it with other labels will not change that. The best argument one could make against diagnosing children is that they aren't fully developed.
