Its alright.. cameran turns evil and trys to kill John and then he takes the little chip out of her head, but she says "DONT JOHN I LOVE YOU!" and he puts it back in when they take it home, then shes normal again.

Cameron's a machine. And definitely a new prototype (thats why the T-888 ran away when it saw her) and special. She reminds me of the T-X in Terminator 3

No, the T-888 wasn't program to fight another cyborg, so he ran away. They don't sense fear, remember.

he wasn't afraid, it was just that because she was an unkown cyborg it would be inefficient and too high a risk to directly confront and try to newutralize Cameron as the t-888 didn't know what her capabilities were. If the probability of getting destroyed before the completion of the mission is high the T-888 will avoid it.
