I haven't used that move personally myself because I've played Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection only in the arcade with Devil Jin. I think it's:

f, hcf+1+2 it's called End of Dreams I believe.

It's forward, down, down/forward, forward + 1 + 2. It may seem hard to do all in one simultaneous motion at first, but keep trying and you'll probably eventually get it.
