Man I see now what toonami did. They played shows and had things like this video that they knew would be seen by all the kids. Society now would think that this is too over our heads. But we swallowed it. And we became real people in a time full of fakes. But now what do we have left to do but watch the world slowly burn, unable and sometimes unwanting to help it. The best way to grow a child is to treat them like an adult, and give them shit that would fly over there parents heads.
ey, where can i download this version of the beat? without the commentary but with the harmonicas and shit??????? THIS IS THE MOST NOSTALGIC BEAT EVER!
damn right. I'd be a completely different person now if it wasn't for toonami. It was arguably the largest influence on how I turned out. I'll always remember what made me me.
we all have the right to dream, i dream of a type of medial entertainment that will wow me as well as toonami did...one day i'll prove that i'm not just running from the problems i have
I agree with you there man! Toonami wowed me to the point that i still watch the old promo's of it including the story arc's they did like The Intruder, or telling us what was coming up next. Toonami was one of the best if not THE best cartoon blocks that Cartoon Network ever did. It would still wipe the floor with Adult Swim or any other blocls they have right now and wtf is up with Cartoon Network playing real movies and shit? It's called CN for a reason to play Cartoon's!!!!! it sucks ass now
it died bro, they think they need to be appealing to a younger crowd, they don't even realize that the younger crowd wants to see what us older kids are seeing, so they kinda screwed themselves...do you remember Outlaw Star? i do. it was the first anime i ever watched, and now i'm reading manga and watching other anime's...had it not been for toonami never would have known about them. that is entertainment at its peak
whoever disliked this video should kill themselves

Deep, for a man named after detonating sphenisciformes.
But yes. I mourn Toonami every time I am reminded of it.
