The "surge" has not worked. It can't work! Iraqis still resent the American occupation, unemployment is above 50%, average Iraqis still suffer from lack of basic utilities and government services, the three main ethnic/religious sects don't trust each other or cooperate and their sectarian hatreds are just waiting to reconstitute when we leave. Whenever we leave, Iraq will implode. This is not a "war" we can ever "win". To say so, as McCain does... is insane!!! OUT NOW!!!

And there's the problem, in a nutshell with the McCain candidacy. McCain is clearly easily lead into agreeing with statements that he later claims to oppose. I've notices this a few times. John McCain seems to be incredibly susceptible to suggestive phrasing. He often simply repeats what someone else says and agrees with it without thinking. Obama has a clear vision, while McCain is easily lead.

That's not the type of man that I want leading this nation.
