Well the fuel isn't properly atomized, therefore it isn't surrounded by much oxygen, and even if the gas cap were to come off, or a fuel line opened, it would merely burn the fuel as it was available, it wouldn't explode, but merely burn because there isn't enough oxygen around to cause it to. And the NO2 wouldn't cause it to explode either because they wouldn't be mixed and even if they were, the fuel will wouldn't be properly atomized. No explosion could happen, this isnt a movie
