OCAP: Raise Welfare and Disability Rates, Restore the Special Diet!

They should raise welfare and disability rates for people that are mentally or physically disabled. I'd be willing to see them raised for other people too IF there were a lifetime cap on how much one can receive. Raising the rates 55% is laughable, no one is going to agree to that.

Incidentally, OCAP and it's camp followers look like such rabble they are almost a parody of themselves.

@pilatunes A single person on welfare can only get $550 a month. 55% of that is $302.50. That means raising welfare rates %55 would only give a single person $852 a month. Your right 55% is laughable. They should double welfare rates.
