@biggeorge77 The double truss is capable of some great subtlety near the nut, but it is a little more complex to adjust. If you use the visual sighting method shown in the video, you can do it, though. Each half of the truss will show its curvature clearly. Looking at the strings, untapped, there should be a slight increase in string height above the fret plane as you move from nut to 24th fret.
@bobculbertson Thanks, Bob. You recent instructional YouTubes are really inspiring. Looking forward to the British Columbia Seminar in May and Interlochen in July with you. Happy Tapping.
@perboysen Hi Per, Glad you found it useful. I'm always amazed at how a subtle little adjustment can make so much of a difference in how easy tapping can be.
This helped me a lot. Thank you, Greg! :)

Thank you! This really helped me out... I had some dead notes on first two frets and now is perfect! :)

Thank you Greg. I got my stick a year ago and Emmett showed me how to adjust it but never explained why.
I've been trying to play a horrible, buzzy stick for months now.
Mine has a "Double Truss Rod" I think he said.

thank you very much for this tutorial !!
maybe you can do it also for the bridge adjustement to obtain the lower hight of the strings?
thanks greg!

@gibbs75 Hi Gibbs, That's definitely the plan. None of it works without a good truss adjustment, so that had to come first. Stay tuned....

Truly great tutorial, Greg! I realized I made a little mistake when recently adjusting my Grand. Will fix it now.
