Hint you can buy them at the duel arena, the banker sells them =P i dont blame you for forgetting though..in old runescape we used to buy them and through em at people lol! though for this guide it would be helpful because as you dont need to travel far to get it. Again it is at the duel arena at alkarid talk to the guy at the bank. Put a +1 for great comment =)
