They used drugs in the seventies and the eighties too, but at least they respected the medications. They treated it like you should treat a drug, more drugs = more side effects. Nowadays, it's more drugs = more muscle. They looked way better at arnolds time, before the HGH bullshit came along with insanely high doses of steroids and, and ruined this sport.

I remember seeing Franco do this when I was a kid (1970's) The fact that he can still do this in his 60's is amazing. Columbu was always one of my favorite bodybuilders.

If done incorrectly, this stunt could actually kill you. The air that is filled up in in the bottle could rush back into your body and make your lungs explode. People don't think of that when they see this.
