Koyaanisqatsi is a masterpiece for sure. If you like this... Check out the video for Passengers "A Different Kind of Blue"... somebody did a good job putting that song to Koyaanisqatsi as well. Passengers BTW is U2 along w/ Brian Eno... they did some interesting trippy stuff. I'm totally getting into the post rock outfits like this Explosions in the Sky, though... You've made an extremely good job. I've always thought EITS never make videos to let listeners have their own visualizations and avoid reducing the impact of the music. But somehow the images from the Qatsi film you've chosen and assembled are so universal and timeless that won't bias the music; it's rather like a dialogue between images and music. If one had to chose to represent man's place on the planet in less than 8 minutes, this video would be perfect.
