@trojanoutwood Not really, the wheels and lip and spoiler were not fitted from factory to any GTS skyline so I fail to see how it makes it look like a GTS. The wheels are are factory 1993+ R33 GTS25t wheels. They also came on some of the very last (1997) r33 GTS25 before production switched to the R34 skyline.

i have a gtr r34 and have done donuts like this and i can say that it is not fast forwarded, its just how the car handles when a 4wd system does skids. in NZ they are called hellys. pretty much they car pivots around the driver. and anyone who thinks this is fast forwarded shouldnt be on the road cause they obviously dont know how a car handles.

On r32 gtr the comp puts power on front or takes it off. electronic.

yeah the computer that controls it is electronic, its a 16bit ecu in the boot, it also controls the ABS system. This controls a hydrolic pump to engage the transfer case to the front wheels. Its exactly the same system on the R32 GTR, R32 GTS4 and A31 cefiro SE4

Yup very correct. Only thing is r32 is just a fuse to pull to make it rwd but you prob know that. You seem to know you stuff man nice. Nice thing on the cpu is it has a light on it. If the car ever has a problem the light will flash a sequence. Look up the sequence and boom you know roughly the problem. Nice vid nice car btw. Uncle has 2 r32s his Street legal 320kw and his road rally one. My fav car ever.

yup you can use the fuse pull trick on the r33, r34, and rs4 Stageas as well but it will burn out the transfercase clutch eventually as they are slightly different from the r32 unit. my 4wd cefiro has the same system as the r32 but I run an r33 gearbox (converted from auto) so I cant pull the fuse unless I want to burn out the transfer case. Actually got probs with my 4wd system, now and then the fault light comes up, light sequence on the ecu is pressure circut or some crap so it prob the pump

@JesseS42o Yer for parking but most people take out the Hicas and put in straight bars because at speed its "supposed to be stable" but there a mess, cause slight wobble unnoticeable but its still there so they put in straight bars instead no more hicas. But if you think about it when the r32 gtr came out it was mile ahead in tech far ahead of the competition. My favorite car will always be r32

@bboy310 The hicas is taken out for drifting as well. that is the reason mine came out i have smashed one because the hicas was still in. when the car got sideways it would make it spin out so much easier or understeer and crash or at least spin. not arguing i agree with ya just also saying.

Its not full time 4wd so its more of an AWD system. A clutch in the transfer case can alter how much power goes to the front wheels. It is said (on the net) to be able to give up to 50% to the fronts but I know this is wrong because if I drop the clutch at 7000rpm in my 4wd cefiro (uses same system as gtr) the front wheels only JUST spin, while the rears spin a lot more.

@bobbj77 gyro? I have the workshop manual for the r33, there is no gyro, only a g-force sensor, same as the 32. They use both abs sensors and g-force sensors to decide when/how much fwd to apply. the r33 does it way faster.

Just so you know, the gts4 came both on the r33 and r32's. The r32's had a rb20det variant and the r33's had a rb25de (ie not a turbo)... apparently they did this as it was too similar to the gtr.

Yeah the GTS4 are all a turbo 4wd 2L turbo, come with manukla and auto transmissions. They are way more common than the GTR. They dont have the flared guards or aluminulm bonnet like the GTR. I have a 4wd Cefiro that has the sme running gear as the GTS4 except it has smaller brakes.
