Although i already know that you wont take any of this in, i honestly hope you do....for your sake..... because i think i speak for a HELL of alot of people here on youtube when i say, mate im over your comments! Unless you have something usefull or valid to say, keep your fingers off the keyboard!
You know what, that's such a predictable question... first of all, all the competitors are taking it, so it's a level playing field amongst them.. and ummm, of course it had something to do with it, but there is NO other pro bodybuilder out there I know of who could lift as light as Vince and get those results... it's his genetics... and NO it's not because he's taking mass dosages... he took normal amounts... if he took overloaded dosages, he wouldn't be still going strong at 53 years old.
It's not a predictable question. It's a practical one. We're talking about a 5'9 250lb bb that you "claim" only lifts 25lb dumbells. And while I'm in no position to call you a lie, what I do know is that genetics only takes you so far. I was simply asking what other contributing factors there may be. We'll see how good his genetics are once he stops juicing. It's funny how all the greats; Arnold, Yates, Haney (who supposedly also had "good genetics"), all look "normal" once the juicing stops
DJ, I'm a personal friend of Vince and I worked at the gym that he used to train at for 10 years, so I used to see him train ALL the time. And NO, I'm not kidding at all. I know it's VERY hard to believe, and his light training is not the norm, but his body is SO responsive to weight training, and his genetics are on such an incomprehensible level that that he found out that he didn't need to lift heavy to gain his size. Please don't tell me what I have witnessed with my own eyes for YEARS.
I see him working out at planet fitness which is the gym that I go to in pembroke pines Florida and I only see him lifting very LIGHT weights with a lot of reps.
Vince just turned 53 on Aug 25th, and this show here was only two years ago, so depending on the month it took place, he was 50 or 51 here... damn, he's freakin' ageless!
vince is a good dude. i see him at the gym all the time. he definitely trains with light weight, but u dont need to go heavy to develop muscle. focus on the motion and the flex. if ur squeezing the crap out of ur muscles with each rep, it doesnt matter how much weight u lift, u will pump up.
Like you wouldnt believe. I'd still emphasize proper form, and knowing how to squeeze your muscle when you lift over how much weight you lift. He literally grabs the ball on the cable cross, sets the pin at only a few plates and reps out like mad, non-stop, with awesome form...but the weight is still very light.
Eres grande Vince, eres grande.
Wow he looks amazing for 50, if you think that is something, check out a bodybuilder named jim morris. Jim morris is a bodybuilder who is 72 yrs old and in amazing shape.
another thing about Vince that is out of ordinary is his amazing calves... he's one of the only black bodybuilders I know that didn't have the high calves that many of them genetically do... in addition, they are huge... I used to see them up close and personal all the time in the gym... some people accused him of having calf implants, which I just laughed at... I met his younger brother one time... his brother hardly ever worked out and he had huge calves, so what does that tell you? lol
And YES, he was 50 YEARS OLD in this video... him and I have the same exact Birthday (Aug 25th), and we are exactly 10 years old to the day, so it's easy for me to keep tract of his age... when it comes to age and genetics he's a second Albert Beckles or Sergio Olivia... when you have genetics from another planet like him, you're just totally ageless!
Vince is a personal friend of mine... I worked at the Gold's Gym he trained at during the time period when he won most of his biggest titles, including the Arnold Classic in 1992... never seen ANYONE as genetically gifted as him in my life INCLUDING Ronnie Coleman... I used to watch him train in the gym EVERY day (I not only worked there, I trained there too), and he used to train with very light weights, and still got that massive size... just a total genetic freak, and an awesome guy!
Sorry to take so long to get back to you brandonman2109... well, for example, using dumbbell curls, I never seen him use anything more than 25 pounds... sickening, huh?... lol... like I said, his genetics are incomprehensible, and didn't need to train heavy to gain muscle.
That's crazy. I was expecting something moderate that was "light for a pro bb'er," but that's ridiculous. The fact that it takes so little for him to maintain his physique probably means he was genetically destined to be in great shape; and I'm thinking those genes likely account for his longevity, as well.
In the words of Arnold speaking of Ed Corney in Pumping Iron, "Now THAT is what you call posing." Take some notes Jay Cutler. Yes, you are 2x Mr. O, but watching you pose is not even half as exciting as watching paint dry!!!
Sorry hit the wrong button! Here's another example like Ronnie Coleman that it's more about how much you love what your doing than the age that you are 51 and loving it!!
because there were many pro bodybuilders who had complete bodies such as dorian yates ,lee haney ronnie coleman :P and they all beat him in the mos important body part (the back)
Because poppy77 all they care about is size. Vince has a truly excellent physique balanced symmetrical, nice flow. But he didn't sell out and go for mass at any price. So he couldn't even get 2nd in the O.
Este é como o vinho.Melhora com o passar do tempo.Ver o vídeo de 1991 e este vale a pena para se chegar à esta conclusão.Que beleza negra!Que sensualidade!Que TUDO!
