I just finished installing mine last night...... After installing mine, and seeing your video.... I would say yours was not installed right! If you follow the instructions to a T then you will have no sway! Also, it doesn't look like you drilled the 4 holes on the top of your tower like your supposed too, that is very important! I'd take it to a pro and have them fix it, cuz who ever installed it for you doesnt know what they are doing!
It looks like it needs everything tightened, I watched your video probably 6 times looking at it to see where the movement is originating from. It looks like your front posts are loose where they are mounted to the tower. This is why it is important to have a professional install your equipment before use. Also, your tower is not useless now, take it to any reputable welding shop and they can weld the aluminum back together! Also, always double check your heims to make sure they are tight!
the anchors and along with all the bolts are replaced. not swing as bad but still swings. i just took it out for the first time this year for spring break. one of the welds cracked all the way around. the tow is now useless. i will upload a video soon....help

I have this exact same tower and exact same problem. Drive slowly with boat in tow. never noticed it while in the water.

Have you tried tightning the bolts? not just the ones that attach to the boat, but the other ones too?
