I've never seen a black head on a flute before, only piccolo. Is it made of wood? I think it helps add some rishness to your tone.

Thanks for your comment and yes, my headjoint is made of wood. It's a Full Circle / Folkers and Powell Lot model.

Nice tone, especially the high notes, and I like the way the low tones resonate so well. Good vibrato as well. Could you play a song with a CD background?
