one food that is not alays commonly known is.....ORANGES!!! I can drink orange juice alright but tried switcing ot eating raw oranges instead, and guess what, I got a flareup on my hands the very net day while handling them again (I cut them up myself),

There is no one cure for all, but I hope this shows you to pay attention and one lesser known culprit is oranges!!! Hope this helps someone.
