Hey Dustin- here is something that you may or may not have realized. When you lose 20 more pounds you will have lost yourself. What I mean by that is, you started at 475 pounds. When you reach 237 pounds you will have lost more weight than you will weigh. weighing 237 pounds, 238 pounds lost. That is just incredible and something to be proud of.

You should go to the top of the Stratosphere and go on the rides. Nothing like hanging out 1100 feet above the ground to get your heart pumping.
