  • The bong sau is a transition move. When it is shown here it is already "collapsed" and the bong should have flowed into a different technique. Think third form and.. when the bong is used as a strike the opponent only needs bring his right hand under and outside the bong/elbow to turn and finish the opponent.

    I very much appreciate the welcoming nature of this video. Please also see my video response explaining use of the bong and particularly when not to use the elbow strike when possible.
