Don't get me wrong, there is a high probablilty that this was an accident, but orca are really smart from what I know? It should have know the difference between a toy and a person, but again, they use sonar do they not? That would be very difficult to judge and if he had never had something he couldn't "play" with in the water, he would have presumed the object in the water was a toy

Don't get me wrong, there is a high probablilty that this was an accident, but orca are really smart from what I know? It should have know the difference between a toy and a person, but again, they use sonar do they not? That would be very difficult to judge and if he had never had something he couldn't "play" with in the water, he would have presumed the object in the water was a toy

If he was momentarily confused and mistook her for a fish, okay, but that doesn't change the fact her injuries weren't caused simply by 'pulling a ponytail'. Yes, the trainers do love these creatures but the fact remains that they are wild animals and should be treated as such. They are not predictable.
