  • Omg see that girl right at the front with the plaits who keeps turning her head that's me!!

  • Haha, I remember singing this in school and on that last verse of the chorus how you'd hear: Sing Hosanna to the King... Of... And to Muslims that are offended by this, I find you offensive, and I also find it offensive that this has stopped in assemblies because you find it offensive...

  • @convictTKM You should ask your parents to send you to study in Arab countries or move your family to live in Arab countries. The UK is Christian country since the ancestors, long long time. I'm sure in the Arab countries you will find Muslim music and Mohammad's worship. There is no Christian music at all in Muslim countries. You & your family should move to live over there, that might make you happy.

  • @khuntips I think you may wish to re-read my comment as you appear to have completely misunderstood everything I said... Moron...

  • I don't like racism

  • U fools! No matter what faith ur from this is a livley hymn. FULL STOP

  • If your feel depressed, this rendition will perk you up!

  • As a muslim living in the UK I find this very offensive in a UK school, if my child was present I'd make sure this assembly wouldn't happen.

  • @ydungo Please move to study & live in Arab/muslim countries where they don't allow any kind of music except Muslim music. That will suit you.

  • @ydungo Your child isn't, and therefore it does.

  • these song i remember school

  • I sung this is primary school!

  • hahahahahaha theyre all doing diffent things im in p7

  • we used to do this everyday in primary school with lots of hymns with 150 kids we would pwn that school

  • Give me oil in my 'Larrrmp'. :L

  • reminds me of the good old junior school mornings :) can't believe I haven't sang these songs for 8 years! Its funny that you miss it x

  • @Jollaz10 Why do you miss it? As a muslim I find these songs a disgrace to Allah.

  • @ydungo Allah is SATAN. He is not Yaweh, GOD of Israel and Christians.

  • You are legally allowed to remove your child from assembly. I know now that all this God shite is rubbish. Back then I just mouthed the words if I didn't like the song, or put my head down. I didn't know the message it was trying to convey or care really, I just got to sing a fun song that everyone else was singing!

  • Is this the Vineyard school in Richmond surrey UK?

  • Apparently alot of these songs are gonna be changed now, as not to offend muslims.

  • @rockandstroll what, really? I used to love singing hymms in school, I was part of the choirr!! :DD. . .

  • @rockandstroll What a load of shite! Unless you can find me evidence then stop spreading this hateful crap!

  • Why were we forced to sing this stuff in primary anyway?

Talk about religion being stuffed down yer neck.

  • FLASH BACKS TO PRIMARY SCHOOL

  • Primary school memories come flooding back, we had projectors too and to think they want to ban this in schools, was nothing about religous brainwashing it was about having fun and learning right from wrong. This country is forgetting the things that it made it Great, stop PC, liberal idiots ruining it.

  • god, i remember this shitty song! :( it was fucking terrible, your ass got numb from sitting and you got a headache from trying to read of the old projectors!

  • lol...I used to sing this every week at primary school but I think I was saying another thing than Hosanna because Hosanna doesn't ring any bells.

  • How nostalgic... the old projectors

  • Omg!! I remember singing this at primary school like 15 years ago!! & the old projectors lol x

  • How could you be an atheist after seeing this? Look at these children glorifying their God. Looks like the child at 1:57 knows something bigger is going on? Don't be deceived by the devil. He's going to try to do everything he can to pull the blinders over you eyes. Look up toward the sky and have the faith of a child, sing and dance and glorify your king. God is real, you already know. You have seen miracles right in front of your eyes. Write the tablets of love and faith on your heart. ;)

  • @imstillherebrother AMEN, Jesus bless you

  • @imstillherebrother You have finally convinced me there is a god. Indeed you have proved there is a god. If some children sing a hymn there must be a god. By the way, what miracle heve I seen right in front of my eyes?

I do love blind unreasoning unquestioning faith.

  • @cnochain Jesus bless you. He is God, and he is real.

  • @imstillherebrother omg are you serious? haaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaa! you just made my day, couldnt stop laughing!

  • Cheerful and happy, well done. I once built a friendship that has now lasted over 30 years over this song. The friend had squeeky boots that neede doil!

  • LMAO!!!! OHP projectors and childhood innocence! I miss it! The UK was amazing back then for me. =(

  • I used to love it when I was picked to be the one that moved the sheet up on the OHP lol I always used to put my hand right in the way on purpose and @DWGProductions I was thinking the same thing lol

  • @xDismantleMex I used to be blessed to just by moving the sheet on the projector how sad lol x

  • @annalisa2k8 Not Sad, it's Good. Jesus bless you x

  • really nobody is going to question the ready steady cook?

  • Give me oil in my lamp (1)

  • hahahah i used to sing this in junior school :D

SING HOSANNA SING HOSANNA SING HOSANNA TO THE KING OF KINGS

  • Brillaint piano arrangement, I'd love to get hold of that!

  • lol i remember the kids singing this at school, would always forget to stop at the second king, and half the kids would sing OF!.... LOL

i went to a catholic primary and highschool and i just could never get in to the religion i guess im not easily brainwashed, im still catholic but im truly an athiest.

  • @evilyakko exactly the same, the younger kids in primary always sang king of kings at the end haha and then i went onto catholic high school too

  • @Buzza18 i was thinking exactly the same thing it wouldnt be the same if you didn't have the accidental of kings at the end :D

  • lol i used to love that song when i was in Y5 :3 now am in Y6 D:

  • I'm an atheist, but I always loved school hymns.

  • what school is this? It looks like my local one

  • For some reason, we never used to sing the last verse about oil in the lamp at school. It was on the projector lyrics, but the head always crossed it out or covered it up. I never understood why!

  • Please sub to ne of mine

  • i remember singing this 8 years ago!! lol

  • so cute!

  • WHAT! Brainwashed to love and help other, I dont think so mate - Christ is Love

  • yes brainwashed to think a certian way, all religion causes trouble in the world FACT

  • I am so sorry you think that way,

the fruits of the spirit are love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness and self control - a true follower of Christ has these things and uses them to help others not condemn them, just like Jesus did, he cared for the oppressed, hurt, rejected and lost the people society rejected.

  • well i am happy i think that way, and i think that way even though i was brought up in a christian school. i have looked at religion and made an informed decision. i believe that people are entitled to their own beliefs but i think that they should not have these beliefs driven into them as childern, it is just chance that a child is born into a certian religion, but they grow up beleivig that theirs is the one that is right, and will fight for what they believe in. just causes trouble

  • @taius20 agreed

  • sing hosanna sing hosanna sing hosanna sing hosana to the king of kings... hi im 11 years old i've just moved up to year 7 and in primary school we sang this :D

  • Oh, I remember those old projectors.
