I think that Sabine Schmitz went on easy that day... That BMW M5 is way faster and quicker than the Mustang... But I have to admit: it is a good looking car.
Awesome video! Adding it to my favorites. I was just at the ring this last week and the first day I was there (Monday July 9th) I saw a black new style Mustang driving right outside the ring. I was pretty shocked because you don't really see many Mustangs at all in Germany. That wasn't you by any chance was it? It was nice to see it because I own a Black '05 GT as well, would have loved to see my type of car running at the ring.
It's good to see that the Mustang kept up with the M5 through the lower speed corners. It's a shame that it pulled away through the medium to high speed corners where the car's true dynamics are revealed.
Wow, Sabine was making it exciting for the passengers in her taxi! :) I thought you were going to pass her when she was wasting time drifting instead of driving. Good driving man!

It probably is Sabine, she likes to drift a bit here and there to make it more exciting for the customers.
On a sidenote, tailgating a ringtaxi is a good way to learn the lines of the 'ring ... if you can hang on that is.
Even when they are sunday driving, those taxi's are darn fast. And they ARE sunday driving, relaxed and chatting with the passengers.
It's all fun and games though. :)
