Bionicle Classic Review: TARAKAVA

I just got a never before used tarakava set yesterday for my birthday, and it didn't come with the box shown at 2:45. Watch my review.

@FinLehvak None of all the beings will die when their mask is off. When a being like a Toa will loose his mask, he has no acces to his mask powers (of course) and his powers will become very weak. But he won't die (unless if a Turaga will loose his mask. A Turaga will become very weak, and if his mask is lost for a long time, his powers will become so weak, that he will die)

My Bionicle collection at one point in time fit in a shoe box, as the years went on my collection took up at entire rubbermaid container. I still have them all in storage. I'm only 18 but I feel old when these sets are referred to as classic. I was into throwbots and roboridders too lol

the "pohatu mask" is a Great Kanohi Kakama. The other one is a Great Kanohi Pakari. I don't blame you for simplifying, but I guess I'm just getting into that phase where you feel like going into every technical detail.

I'm annoyed that I also joined the Bionicle scene a bit late...Bohrok/Bohrok kal late. I think I only bought 1 Turaga, I think I bought two toa Mata, the six Bohrok Va and then the 6 Bohrok...

...now my Krana collection's too small. I want more krana. My swarm must go beyond 12! LONG LIVE THE BOHROK!

...anyway, back on topic, these guys are on my list of "pre-owned things I want for christmas". Also on it are the other Rahi, though I just bought the Nui-Rama for £12...boxless.

i rebuilt the teal one because i had 4 of the rahi sets and took them all apart, saw ur reviews, and really wanted a rahi so instead of buying the 2 i didnt have i just rebuilt one.(it took a long time) also u built the stand wrong on the teal one(the one i rebuilt)

Something that's kinda funny about MNOG is that the Tarakava has the claw-mouth and Kanohi Kakama like the green Tarakava, but the color is blue!

In the books and a comic, Lewa had to avoid the Cyan/Torquoise Tarakava underwater to get his Mask of Speed.

Kane-Ra is pronounced '" kah-NAY--rah". I found that out in a old Bionicle book called "The Official Guide To BIONICLE" In it it shows Bios for the Toa Nuva, The Turaga, the Matoran, the Rahi, the Bohrok, the Bohrok-Kal, and the Rahkshi. The Book was published in 2003. You should try to check it out.

also cant wait for the muaka and kane-ra (they live in separate enviroments but makuta took over them with infected haus and they have snapping jaws and the way you win is to take the mask off which is connected to the enemys forearm)

I love the Tarakava. Someone directed me to a store that still sold them in '06, they were one of the luckiest Bionicle finds I ever had.

By now, their rubber bands have decayed, so they don't work, but they still look as cool as ever.
