How are The Faceless deathcore? They sound more like a progressive death metal band to me. They have some awesome drumming and the guitar parts are pretty good too, they also use some different time signatures, which isn't very core.

the breakdowns in that album didn't sound like the ones off of planetary duality.

They're more progressive now, for sure,

Alkedama was almost a completely different style, but i think that had to do with their influences at the time.

Now they have wayyyy better people that they rip off,

Like spawn of posession, Meshuggah, and ofcourse, Cynic.

I wonder how the next album will sound, i liked planetary duality alot.
