Really all depends on your setup (carbs., exhaust, timing etc.). What the re-phase does is make the engine run more efficient and reducing harmonic vibration (which these bikes were known for). I have yet to see a side by side dyno, so I'm not going to state this as solid fact, but I'd be willing to bet you would see and increase in both hp and torque when you do a re-phase. What also comes down to is how much work do you want to put into it,.
