I got one for Christmas and I knew it had to be charged first and I did that, but, it's on the same screen no matter what. It won't get off of the Introduction screen no matter if I plug it back in, or unplug it. Also, there IS NO reset button and none of the other buttons work. Anyone care to help me out? Thanks.

i think its an applegate brand. I bought one similar to this, it has a camera function and mine's only 1G but its expandable:D i bought it for $110. The screen is okay because its not as sensetive as ipod touch.:D thats all i can offer. And it comes with a navigator.
